JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    1. Requirement gathering and understanding 

    • Gather and understand customer business processes, needs and requirements.

    • Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view.

    • Consult Customers and related stakeholders on the most optimized solution of digital transformation and automation.

    • Document functional and business requirements.

    • Implement product vision and strategy from Product Owner into Business Requirements and Technical Solution.

    1. Daily Execution 

    • Develop Business Workflow (Cross Functional or BPMN), Use-case diagrams and wireframes.

    • Act as Product Owner or Scrum Master in the Scrum Project to ensure the requirement will be delivered timely.

    • Track change requests from customers. Manage requirements, specifications, change requests of the project.

    • Work with the development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems as well as resolution.

    1. B2B Pre-sales involvement

    • Act as technical consultant to support Business Development/Sale team in scope negotiation with Enterprise customer 

    • Provide product knowledge and conduct product training for Business Development/Sale and CS teams.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 4+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner or similar role in product management.

    • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.

    • Good organizational, documentation and presentation skills.

    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.

    • Good knowledge in finance/accounting/banking/ERP or accounting softwares is a big plus.

    • Having an IT Background is a need but not a mandatory point.

    • PSPO or PSMI certificate is a plus.

    • PBA or CBAP certificate is a plus.

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    Combine the art of design with programming with an eye for well-crafted front-end experiences, and the experience of building scalable web applications.

    Design and build the system using ReactJS, NextJS, and Micro Frontends.

    Take main responsibility and lead a team for building some modules in the system (web app, mobile app).

    Mentor and help junior/middle developers grow by doing code review, sharing knowledge, organizing internal tech talk & tech workshops.

    Play as a core member that the team can always count on


    REQUIREMENTS

    More than 4 years of experience.

    Hands-on experience working with Web Front-end: ReactJS, NextJS, React Hooks, ES6+, Typescript, HTML5/CSS3.

    Familiar working with REST/GraphQL

    Experience with responsive designs for mobile, web, and tablets

    Experience with Agile/Scrum development process

    Experience with UI/UX

    Experience integrating 3rd Party API and Authentication Services (SSO, OAuth2, OIDC) is a plus

    Experience as a leader or a mentor is a plus

    Experience with Micro Frontends is a plus
