JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and manage a repeatable, trackable B2B Sales funnel

  • Plan and lead BD team's outbound sales activities to grow sales pipeline

  • Achieve company target/KP through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

  • Prepare sales report and analysis, conduct market research to obtained insight for developing business strategy to drive the business growth

  • Plan and organize networking events or social activities to reach out potential new customers

  • Give adequate training and coaching to the sales team, to ensure the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation  

YOU NEED TO

  • A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with you

  • Tenacious and relentless in pursuit of meeting or exceeding your sales plan

  • Strong network with midsize companies in Retail, Manufacturing, accounting service

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales background, preferable experience in accounting software or software for business

  • Strong interest in B2B SaaS and Fintech

  • Proficiency with CRM and other sales prospecting tool

  • Technical aptitude, and ability to learn new concepts quickly

  • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented

  • Highly proficient in communicating and reading/writing in English

Bonus Points

  • Comfortable with cold-call, basic accounting background/knowledge or Experience with Accounting software

  • MBA or related degree
